As well as covering navigation around Windows step-by-step, our Windows Basics courses also include a tour for delegates around your office system (whether it be Microsoft Office, Lotus SmartSuite or similar products) .

Microsoft Windows Foundation

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Open Windows and use the Start button
• Understand and use scroll bars, minimize and maximise buttons, borders and other common Windows objects
• Use mouse selection techniques
• Understand and use the Windows Help system
• Arrange and use desktop icons
• Use Windows Explorer, My Computer and the Recycle Bin
• Use Windows Print options
• Understand the principles behind your office suite
