VT
VT is a two program product – VT Transaction is an easy to use bookkeeping software package which runs directly in Windows. It can be used to process incomplete records or to record day to day transactions; VT Final Accounts runs in Microsoft Excel and produces professionally formatted statutory accounts, sole trader accounts and partnership accounts from trial balance stage upwards. A trial balance can be entered directly into VT Final Accounts, or imported from the VT Transaction bookkeeping software package at the touch of a button. Whilst the VT Series of products are less complex than Sage, they are very user-friendly and easy to understand.

Postcoder
PostCoder Pro is a user-friendly Windows Address Management Solution for Premise Level address retrieval. It offers a full range of Postcode and address search options and includes Royal Mail PAF Data for the whole UK.

Additional features include label printing and send keys. Using the software enables the user to quickly capture accurate postal information that can then be exported into, for example, Excel as the basis for a Mail Merge database. A version of PostCoder is also available to assist address input into Sage.
